018 | SEED PRESENTS OF MONSTERS & MEN

The clouds hung low the whole day but that didn't stop the crowd or the band from a memorable show! The venue was dark shortly after Gangs of Ballet began shaking things up and the sea of voices carried their melodies through the whole crowd. It seemed as if the weather a set the tone for the sublime performance Of Monsters & Men delivered. Ostensibly not an overly lively band in terms of gyration and activity on-stage; OMAM performed with the same grace and exquisite sensibility on their albums. Ragnar even got the chance to be a little more intimate with nature (A bug flew up on stage and freaked him out a little - as he said: "The only insects we have back home are flies"). As the band played their encore it started raining and the singing crowd raised their voices in unison; as cliché as it might sound: nothing dampened their high spirits.
